1. Makeup Brushes
KIVELLAY makeup brushes should be handled and cleaned with care.
When cleaning:
• Follow any instructions supplied with the product
• Use a gentle cleaning method suitable for cosmetic brushes
• Avoid unnecessary force on the brush head, handle, or connection area
• Allow the brush to dry thoroughly before storage
• Avoid storing brushes while wet or damp
Normal cosmetic staining, gradual wear, or changes resulting from repeated use and cleaning are not necessarily product defects.
2. Beauty Sponges
Beauty sponges come into direct contact with cosmetic products and skin and should therefore be kept clean.
After use:
• Clean the sponge using an appropriate gentle method
• Rinse away remaining product where possible
• Allow the sponge to dry fully in a ventilated environment
• Avoid prolonged storage while wet
• Replace the sponge if it becomes damaged, deteriorated, or unsuitable for continued hygienic use
Natural cosmetic staining may remain after use and is not automatically evidence of a defect.
3. Beauty Mirrors
Handle beauty mirrors carefully.
To help protect the product:
• Keep mirror surfaces reasonably clean and dry
• Use a soft, suitable cleaning cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaning tools
• Avoid strong impacts or drops
• Do not force hinges or closures beyond their intended movement
• Store the mirror in a way that helps prevent scratching or pressure damage
Damage caused by dropping, crushing, excessive force, or inappropriate cleaning is generally considered use-related damage rather than an original product defect.
4. Makeup Bags
To maintain your makeup bag:
• Avoid overloading compartments
• Avoid excessive force on handles, seams, closures, and zippers
• Clean spills promptly using a method appropriate for the product
• Avoid harsh chemicals unless specifically permitted in the care instructions
• Allow the product to dry completely if it becomes damp
• Store in a clean and dry location where practical
Care requirements can vary by product construction, so any specific product-page or packaging instructions should take priority.
5. Product Variations
Minor differences in appearance, shape, texture, finish, stitching, or color presentation may occur because of manufacturing variation, photography, lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
Such minor variations do not automatically indicate a defect.

7. Normal Use vs. Damage
Product support is intended to address genuine order or product issues.
Issues resulting from misuse, improper storage, excessive force, unauthorized alteration, accidental damage, inappropriate cleaning, or ordinary wear may not qualify as an original product defect.
8. Warranty
Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise, KIVELLAY does not advertise a separate fixed-duration product warranty for the current beauty accessory range.
This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
